As a Group Sales Executive at Premier Inn, you play a vital role in establishing Premier Inn as the world's most loved hotel brand for all client types, including Travel Management Companies, Leisure Tours, and Corporate and Leisure group customers. Your primary focus is securing high-value group bookings across the UK’s 850 sites by targeting priority quotes, promoting upsell opportunities, and delivering exceptional service both on the phone and digitally.
Success here means more than just hitting revenue targets—it’s about mastering cross-functional skills, consistently delivering on SLAs and KPIs, and embracing continuous learning. You’ll work closely with Trading, Commercial, and Operations teams to align strategic goals with customer expectations, ensuring a seamless, high-impact experience across every channel.

What you'll be doing
- Respond to all customers booking enquiries across all channels demands within the agreed SLA.
- Drive to ensure that individual KPI’s, targets & expectations and met and further excelling: Booking Conversion, F&B Attachment Rate, Revenue results & customer service quality.
- Communicate to the wider business to support higher value booking to optimism revenue for Premier Inn.
What you'll need
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Strong organisational skills, with a logical approach.
- Ability to uncover opportunities through a good questioning style and strong listening skills.
- Great Customer and Sales skills
