As a Food & Beverage Campaign Executive you’ll be responsible for managing the delivery of marketing collateral across restaurant brands and hotel F&B, ensuring all activities follow the Whitbread Stage & Gate process and are delivered efficiently against the agreed critical paths and budget.
We are looking for a highly organised, motivated and detail-orientated individual to join our team, owning all end-to-end marketing collateral for their brand and ensuring accuracy and consistency across all touchpoints in the customer journey. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders in the business to own and drive their brand’s performance.
Role: F&B Brand Campaign Executive
Contract Type: Full-Time and Permanent
Salary: Up to £35,000pa (for the right experience)
Location: Whitbread Court, Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire and hybrid working with coming to the office a minimum of 3 days a week

What you’ll do
- You will ensure all campaign activities align with the Premier Inn and Restaurant brand frameworks, spanning the entire customer journey and across various channels. This involves close collaboration with all key stakeholders including the Premier Inn Brand & Marketing team to ensure successful campaign execution.
- You’ll be responsible for consistency and accuracy of execution of all materials including menus, POS and other marketing collateral throughout the guest journey.
- You’ll be responsible for the briefing of site based internal communications and till briefs.
- Beyond functional responsibilities, to be a key member of an effective team galvanising the organisation behind shared goals, facilitating collaborative working relationships and great communication across departments, and developing successful and motivated teams.
What we need
- Proven track record of successful delivery/support of campaigns - planning, execution, agency management & post-event analysis.
- Able to analyse and interrogate multiple sources of information to deliver an outcome with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
