Why this role matters:
As a People Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our People Partners and operational leaders across Premier Inn & Restaurants. You’ll be the go-to expert for complex ER case management, working on high-impact cases involving discrimination, disability, mental health, and more. - Support cyclical HR activities including Your Say, Mid/EOY Reviews, and Talent Planning.
- Drive data-led insights to inform decision-making and improve people metrics.
- Coordinate visa processes for head office colleagues (knowledge desirable, not essential).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders up to Director level.
- Contribute to change projects, restructures, and employee consultations.
What we're looking for:

- A self-starter who thrives under pressure and can work independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Comfortable working in a matrix structure and managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in creating impactful presentations and facilitating meetings.
- Knowledge of visa processes is a plus, but not essential.
What you'll get:
