As a Premier Inn Channel Executive, you’ll be instrumental in supporting our Digital Marketing Team to deliver always-on activations with a full-funnel approach. From managing agency relationships and media planning to campaign activation and performance reporting, this role spans the key digital channels of Display/Programmatic and Affiliate marketing. Working alongside a collaborative team who also manage Paid Social and Push Notifications, you’ll bring a strong grasp of the digital media mix to drive continuous improvement and support across cross-channel initiatives that position Premier Inn as Europe’s no.1 budget hotel.

Contract Type: Full-Time and Permanent
Salary: Up to £45,000pa (for the right experience)
Location: Holborn - London or Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire and hybrid working with coming to the office a minimum of 3 days a week

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the day-to-day management of Programmatic and Affiliate channels, ensuring campaigns are planned, activated, and optimised effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and high-quality execution.
- Deliver insightful reporting and data analysis to track KPIs, identify opportunities and inform future strategy.
- Work closely with our wider marketing teams including Brand, PR and Product to ensure strong cross-departmental stakeholder management and a unified full-funnel mindset.
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience in Programmatic/Display advertising and ideally good understanding of Affiliate marketing.
- Experience in data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, test new strategies, and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Experience in agency management and being able to build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies.
- Organized, detail-oriented and reliable, ready to juggle campaign schedules and priorities.
- A clear communicator, comfortable collaborating and presenting across teams and stakeholders.
