Job Title: F&B Marketing Administrator

As a Food & Beverage Campaign Executive you’ll be responsible for managing the delivery of marketing collateral across restaurant brands and hotel F&B, ensuring all activities follow the Whitbread Stage & Gate process.
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Support Executive to join our team during an exciting period of transition as we move from GXO to Bidfood.
You will be providing essential support across teams to ensure that all information on our menus, POS materials, and other marketing collateral is accurate and consistent across our business.
What you’ll do
You will ensure all campaign activities align with the Premier Inn and Restaurant brand frameworks, spanning the entire customer journey and across various channels. This involves close collaboration with the Premier Inn Brand & Marketing team to ensure successful campaign execution.
You’ll be responsible for consistency and accuracy of execution of all materials throughout the guest journey.
You’ll be responsible for the briefing of site based internal communications and till briefs.
Beyond functional responsibilities, to be a key member of an effective team galvanising the organisation behind shared goals, facilitating collaborative working relationships and great communication across departments, and developing successful and motivated teams.
What we need
Proven track record of successful delivery/support of campaigns - planning, execution, agency management & post-event analysis.
Able to analyse and interrogate multiple sources of information to deliver an outcome with excellent attention to detail.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
