A highly analytical role where your decisions go live and make a difference fast.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being close to the numbers and understanding how commercial decisions really work. It’s not a data engineering role and not about producing data for others. Instead, you’ll work directly with trading data to optimise pricing and improve business outcomes.
You’ll support commercial and trading teams by owning pricing decisions for around 200 hotels, reviewing and updating pricing weekly. Changes you make in the morning can appear on our website that same day, so you’ll see the impact of your work almost immediately.
You’ll refine pricing and availability models using historical performance, forecasts and live trading data to make smart, data-led adjustments to improve performance. You’ll also adapt pricing strategies for hotels that could be affected by real-world events, for example a Cup Final or Music Concert in Wembley, using both system rules and commercial judgement.
Alongside implementation, you’ll create and use management information to measure success, spot opportunities and explain clearly why changes are being made. Power BI, Tableau or similar visualisation tools will help you bring the data to life.
What we’re looking for
- Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset
- Confidence working with detailed, fast-moving data
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools
- Curiosity, problem-solving ability and comfort making data-informed decisions (SQL experience is advantageous but not essential.)
You’ll join a forward‑thinking team that embraces innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Your work will have a direct and visible impact on business results, in a role where technical skill and analytical thinking truly shine.
We’re proud to be a Top Employer for 14 consecutive years, a top apprenticeship employer, #10 in the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index, and a Top 25 Exemplary Employer in the Investing in Ethnicity Parliamentary Matrix.
Why apply?
You’ll have real autonomy, visible impact, and the chance to continuously learn by refining models that influence live pricing every week.
Apply now if you want a role where analysis turns directly into action.
