Be the voice of the guest. Shape the future of Britain’s biggest hotel brand.
At Premier Inn, every stay matters, from how guests sleep, to how they use their TV, park, and unwind. The experience is everything. We’re looking for an Insight Analyst who is curious, analytical and passionate about customer experience to help us truly understand what our guests are telling us and turn that insight into meaningful change.
This is a hands-on, quantitative insight role where your work will directly influence decisions across the business. One day you could be exploring guest feedback on Smart TV trials, another you might be deep-diving into new bedding launches, brand standards, or car‑parking experiences. No two weeks look the same.
What you’ll get out of this role
- Real influence: your insights will shape how millions of guests experience Premier Inn.
- Variety & challenge: balance regular performance reporting with ad-hoc deep‑dive analysis.
- Storytelling with data: bring guest feedback to life and help stakeholders clearly see what’s working, what isn’t, and why.
- Future‑focused skills: support automation, work with AI-driven features, and help evolve how we use insight at scale.
- Purpose: be a true champion of the guest, ensuring their voice is heard at every level.
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering clear, actionable guest experience insights to a wide range of stakeholders
- Tracking performance over time, identifying trends and diagnosing what’s driving change
- Conducting deep‑dive analysis to answer key business questions
- Managing and prioritising multiple project streams simultaneously
- Supporting brand standards through insight-led recommendations
- Driving improvements in automation and AI-enabled insight
- Using tools such as Medallia, Power BI, and Excel to analyse and visualise data
What we’re looking for
You don’t need to come from hospitality specifically, we’re far more interested in how you think. Aligned industries such as Retail, Supermarkets, Travel, Airlines or FMCG could be a match.
You’ll likely be working (or have worked) in a Customer Experience, Insight or Research role, either client-side or agency-side, and you’ll bring:
- A naturally inquisitive mindset, you enjoy asking “why?” and digging deeper
- Strong quantitative analysis skills and confidence working with large sets of guest or customer data
- The ability to tell compelling stories with data and tailor insight to different audiences
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Experience with Medallia or similar customer feedback platforms
- Data visualisation experience (Power BI preferred)
- Intermediate Excel skills (or above)
