Salary & Package: £31,000 to £36,000 dependant on skills & experiences + up to 15% bonus + healthcare + bens

As a Brand Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of customers experience Premier Inn every day. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you’ll be a true brand guardian, ensuring brand integrity across all touchpoints. From implementing our Brand Strategy and Identity to creating Point-of-Sale (POS) communications and other below-the-line materials, this role offers variety, impact, and visibility across the business. You’ll also manage and maintain brand assets, uphold brand governance, and collaborate with our internal studio team and creative agencies.
What you’ll do:
• Champion our brand - Uphold brand governance and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Execute strategy - Support the delivery and implementation of our brand strategy and brand identity, ensuring every interaction reflects our core pillars and brand guidelines.
• Bring ideas to life - Manage POS and guest-facing communications ensuring clarity and an optimised customer journey, working closely with internal teams and external creative agencies.
• Collaborate widely - Partner with stakeholders across the business and creative agencies to deliver high-quality brand outputs.
• Manage budgets - Take ownership of brand budget and financial administration.
What we’re looking for:
• Brand Management Expertise - Proven experience in brand governance and working with creative agencies.
• Industry Background - Ideally from a well-known consumer-facing brand in sectors like Travel & Hospitality, Retail, FMCG/CPG, Telco.
• Creative & Commercial Mindset - Ability to balance creativity with business objectives.
• Organisational Skills - Comfortable managing multiple projects at pace.
• Collaborative Communicator - Skilled at building strong relationships internally and externally.
