We’re hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at Treffry Tavern, a welcoming Table Table site located in Quintrell Downs, Newquay — a vibrant coastal town known for its stunning beaches, family attractions, and strong community spirit.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll:
- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team through daily briefs and hands-on coaching
- Support recruitment and onboarding to build a strong, guest-focused team

- Manage labour and cost margins effectively
- Champion the Table Table brand and lead operational change
