Salary: £37,500 - £39,250 + up to 25% bonus

We’re hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at Crossbush Beefeater, just outside the historic town of Arundel. With its proximity to Arundel Castle, the South Downs, and the Sussex coast, this site attracts a mix of loyal locals and tourists — making it a vibrant place to grow your career.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead and motivate the team through daily briefs and coaching
