Based in Holborn 3 days a week
- Design Delivery: Create digital, print, and broadcast assets across channels — including ads, emails, social, video, and web journeys — ensuring high-quality, tech/print-ready output.
- Research & Collaboration: Support research, contribute to journey mapping, and engage in design discussions to inform user-centred, well-rationalized solutions.
- Brand Consistency: Apply brand guidelines consistently to deliver distinctive, commercially effective experiences that reflect Premier Inn’s identity.
- Process & Standards: Follow defined workflows, keep stakeholders informed, and continuously improve design quality through feedback and collaboration.
- Design and deliver digital marketing and print assets across channels.
- Skilled at designing web and app customer journeys with conversion and ecommerce goals
- Established skills in illustration, animation and motion graphics
- Established UI skills designing web and app experience
- Communicate clearly, present confidently, and use key tools like After Effects, Sketch, CRM, and CMS platforms.
- Experience of working in a design team delivering digital communications for large consumer brand(s)
