Fixed Term Contract ending in May 2026
Based in Whitbread court 3 days a week
The primary purpose of this role is to provide support for the Commercial Marketing Director Restaurants on financial planning of menus and adding insight and understanding into the drivers of sales and margin performance.
The role will also be key in supporting the F&B business through the F&B site journeys of the AGP programme, reviewing menu and proposition trials, and completing key tasks to ensure the smooth transition between brands/menu types and for site disposals.
Finally, there will be an opportunity to work flexibly across the team, to drive and deliver projects within the Restaurants commercial business.
What you'll do
- Financial planning of menus in line with agreed targets
- Insight into underlying drivers of menu performance, at dish and category level – impact of price, cost inflation, cost savings and mix on covers, SPH and margin
- Support for stock forecasting process to ensure stock outs and waste are both minimised
- Report on performance of trials, sales initiatives and key calendar events in order to maximise returns

What you'll need
- Commercial acumen - understanding of operational business drivers and levers impacting sales & margin
- Exposure to roles where Finance acts as a key business partner
- Interpretation, presentation, and communication to non-financial audiences of aggregated financial data
- Finance qualification completed or in
progress (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) - study
