Duty Manager - Premier Inn
We’re launching a brand-new Premier Inn in Hastings, and we’re looking for a confident, organised, and people-focused Duty Manager to help set the tone from day one. In this key role, you’ll support the team, ensure smooth operations, and deliver brilliant guest experiences. PAY RATE:
Up to £13.36 per hour
CONTRACT TYPE:
Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts!

22 hours a week

What you’ll do:
Join our team at Hastings Town Centre Premier Inn as a Duty Manager, where your proven leadership skills will be put to use managing a reliable, high-performing team that ensures the smooth running of our hotel. If you’ve led a team in a retail environment, you’ll use your experience, excellent communication, and organisational skills to manage everything from health & safety standards to creating an exceptional guest experience.
