As General Manager, you’ll lead a passionate team in a high-performing site that’s perfectly placed near key transport links and local attractions—making it a go-to spot for families, commuters, and weekend diners alike.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading recruitment, onboarding and induction for new team members.
- Inspiring and developing your management team to deliver exceptional service and strong retention.
- Driving revenue through smart forecasting and analysis of sales trends.
- Managing all controllable costs and overseeing the site’s P&L.
- Partnering with your Regional Operations Manager to deliver long-term business goals.
- Coaching individuals through regular one-to-ones to unlock high performance.
- Maintaining high standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Championing the Table Table brand and ensuring your team reflects its values.
- Ensuring health and safety compliance is second to none.
- Using guest feedback to continuously improve and elevate the experience.
