Maintenance Manager

Working across two sites - hub Edinburgh City Centre Rose Street & Edinburgh City Centre York Place/St James Quarter
Hours: 37.5 hours a week
Rate of Pay: Up to £13.86 per hour

Skills and experience
Whilst you will receive a structured induction and ongoing training to support you in your role, we are also looking for the following skills and experience:
Proven leadership experience in a similar role or environment.
Experience of coaching and developing others.
Full up to date knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation.
Excellent organisations and time management skills.
Engaging with customers (guests) and delivering great experience.
What is a Maintenance Manager?
Vital part in the hotel’s management team, ensuring that guests enjoy a perfect Premier Inn stay.
Hands-on approach with the team carrying out preventive maintenance to ensure facilities are maintained and in service for our guests.
Work within budget guidelines and cost management.
Act as a Duty Manager where required.
