As Restaurant Manager, reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action, responsible for:
- Supporting recruitment, induction, and onboarding of new team members
- Leading with energy and clarity, motivating your team through daily briefs
- Driving individual performance through coaching and regular one-to-ones
- Thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a sharp eye for detail
- Championing the brand and ensuring your team shares your confidence and knowledge
We’ll equip you with the tools to manage labour and cost margins effectively, and it’s up to you to drive sales and revenue, using guest feedback to unlock new opportunities. As part of an innovative business, you’ll also lead change and inspire your team to embrace it.
