What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and motivating your kitchen team with a hands-on, energetic approach
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members
- Managing food margins, stock control, and kitchen audits to the highest standards
- Driving performance through regular one-to-ones and team development
- Ensuring every dish meets spec and brand standards
- Creating a positive, high-energy kitchen culture that thrives under pressure
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or Catering Manager
- A passion for food, leadership, and delivering great guest experiences
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in managing compliance, audits, and kitchen KPIs
- A collaborative mindset and a drive to champion change and innovation
