Join our dynamic finance team as a Property Accounting Analyst, where you'll play a key role in managing and analysing a £4bn+ fixed asset portfolio. What you will be doing
- Processing fixed asset transactions, including impairments, transfers, and disposals
- Preparing and reviewing journals for depreciation, accruals
- Supporting monthly reporting, audits, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Reviewing the Fixed Asset Register to ensure accurate depreciation and residual values
- Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and the Financial Control Framework
- Supporting end-to-end process improvements and documentation updates
What you need
- Broad finance experience covering period close, financial planning, and reporting
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle (optimised) and Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills
- Ability to support fixed asset projects and related initiatives
