As Business Change Lead in the Corporate Technology Tower, you'll develop and implement strategies to support site teams in adopting new technologies.

As the Business Change Lead, you will work within the Corporate Technology Tower to support the development and delivery of the change management approach across the business. You will help to plan, build and mobilise a change approach that will support our site team members to successfully adopt & use new technologies.
Role: Business Change Lead – Maternity Cover
Package: Up to £50,000 + up to 30% company performance bonus
Contract Type: Full-Time and Maternity Leave Cover of up to 12 Months
Location: Whitbread Court, Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire and hybrid working with coming to the office a minimum of 3 days a week.

What you’ll be doing:
As the Business Change Lead, you will work within the Corporate Technology Tower (Head office Supply Chain and Procurement, People and Finance) to support the development and delivery of the change management approach across the business. You will help to plan, build and mobilise a change approach that will support our site team members and support centre teams to successfully adopt & use new technologies. The Corporate Technology Tower is specifically responsible for systems relating to – Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance & People systems.
You will be responsible for the creation of engaging and effective communications, training, readiness and procedural support material. You will support on a number of technology change initiatives that will impact our operational teams.
What you’ll need:
- Experience of leading technology enabled Change Management, with experience in completing change impact assessments, user stories, communications & training plans
- Working knowledge of change management methodologies including Prosci and application of ADKAR. Understanding of how people go through change and change process
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to manage stakeholders plans, build relationships and influence key business and technology stakeholders
