Job Title: Learning & Development Admin Coordinator
Salary range: Up to £16,702
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract – Part Time (21 hours), Monday + two other days until 16/10/26
Location: Dunstable (LU5 5XE), hybrid working, which would allow you to work from home circa 5 days per month.

Why this role is exciting:
As an L&D Admin Co‑ordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our People Shared Services team supporting Learning and Development initiatives, whilst interacting with our colleagues both out in our sites and within the Support Centre. This is a role where you’ll see the impact of your work every day. Making sure our Academy Online system runs smoothly for thousands of colleagues.
You’ll get involved in a wide range of interesting activities, including:
- Being the first-line support for our learning system, spotting patterns, helping colleagues resolve issues, and working with our digital team to improve the user experience.
- You’ll play a key role in supporting our Management Induction, helping new operational managers have a warm, smooth and confident start.
- You’ll help co‑ordinate our management development programmes and other learning events, ensuring they’re well-organised, well-attended and impactful.
- You’ll run reports and track training completion, helping stakeholders understand progress and make data-informed decisions.
- You’ll support with attendance tracking and workshop optimisation, helping us deliver training that’s efficient, accessible and meaningful.
- You’ll communicate workshop availability, manage waiting lists, coordinate bookings, and support stakeholders to deliver brilliant learning experiences.

Minimum Criteria
- A great communicator who can support users at all levels with clarity and warmth
- Proactive, curious and confident taking initiative
- Organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel at an intermediate level
- Experienced in administration and delivering services for internal stakeholders
