As General Manager, reporting into the Regional Operations Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the site, including:
- Leading, inspiring, and developing a high‑performing team

- Delivering consistent operational standards in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Owning labour planning, cost control, stock management, and financial performance
