What You’ll Do- Support the General Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and developing kitchen team members
- Lead with a hands-on approach, motivating your team through effective communication
- Manage stock control, food margins, and health & safety standards
- Deliver to spec and brand standards
- Drive high performance through regular development and one-to-ones
