Our two-year People Apprenticeship Programme offers a practical, rewarding route into HR, where you’ll earn while you learn, gain a fully funded Level 5 HR Apprenticeship and CIPD Associate Diploma, whilst building a lasting career within a permanent position with the UK’s leading hospitality business.

Role: Whitbread Entry-Level Apprenticeship – People Team (HR)
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: £25,000 per annum (£13.73 per hour)
Location: Whitbread Court, Dunstable LU5 5XE (Hybrid – min. 3 days in office)

Who we’re looking for:
- Aged 18+ by September 2025
- Based locally in Dunstable or Luton
- 5 GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above, and 3 A Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualification
- Enthusiastic, curious, and ready to build a career in HR
- Hold valid right to work in the UK (we cannot offer visa sponsorship)
