FOH Shift Leader – The Heath, Whitbread Inns – Southampton
Looking to step up and run the show? Join us at The Heath Whitbread Inns in Southampton as a Front of House Shift Leader and take the reins of your own shifts. You’ll be the friendly face leading service, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure every guest leaves happy.
This is a great opportunity to build your leadership skills and take real ownership—opening up the restaurant, closing it down, and everything in between. Don’t worry, you’ll have full support and training to feel confident flying solo when needed.

PAY RATE:
Up to £14.01 per hour
CONTRACT TYPE:
Fixed term contract until 24th July 2026 (potential to go permanent) – we don’t do zero hours contracts!
HOURS:
40 hours per week over 5 days – guaranteed hours to plan your week around
