What you’ll be doing:
As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading engineering initiatives and provide technical direction for DevOps practices and software delivery. You will drive engineering standards, approach, and strategy for automated deployment and delivery processes

What you’ll need:
- Proven experience in technical leadership roles with responsibility for DevOps practices and software delivery
- Strong understanding of microservices deployment and automated testing patterns
- Demonstratable experience of CI/CD Pipeline & Automation Excellence at a Lead level
- Proven ability to mentor and develop senior technical talent
- Strong experience automating workflows, integrating security into delivery processes, and building scalable solutions that support business growth.
