Here at Whitbread, we are looking for a New Site Openings (NSO) Analyst. This role will help project manage all new site openings and refurbs from an IT perspective. Through the maintenance of plans, risks and issues providing effective communication and reporting to keep all stakeholders up to date.
This role is ideal for someone with an interest in technology, strong communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders as well as a proactive learner.

Salary: £36,000 depending on experience
Contract Type: Full time, FTC until 29/06/2026

What you’ll be doing:
As a New Sites Openings Analyst you will help project manage new sites, extensions and refurbs, ensuring projects are planned, tracked and updated from start-up to completion maintaining accurate information.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all processes are completed by the relevant parties and are on time as well as the correct specification. Alongside this, you will be the point of contact for relevant stakeholders on assigned projects as well as ensuring new sites and refurbs have the appropriate checks to ensuring sites are fully installed, tested and signed-off prior to handover as well as core configuration data is maintained on central systems.
What you’ll need:
- To be tech savvy with a strong interest in a career in technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- A proactive ‘can do' approach to learning new systems
