As the new Product & Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting Whitbread Hotels and Restaurants in the UK, ROI & DE, responsible for the Food & Beverage data set up across multiple systems including; Micros RES, QSR Kitchen Management System, Oracle R&A / Gift & Loyalty.
Role: Product & Pricing Analyst
Location: Whitbread Court and a hybrid way of working with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.

What you’ll Do:
- Supporting the F&B Technical Product Manager in the vital delivery of business-as-usual and project-related updates to our Food & Beverage systems.
- Liaising with our F&B sites to understand areas of improvements within our onsite systems
- Ensuring that our applications and till processes are simple and easy to use
- Responsible for the full development lifecycle of small-medium change requests from requirements gathering through to testing sign off and implementation
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of our systems.
What we need:
- Proven experience of working with senior level stakeholders
- Tech Savy with a real passion for all things technology
- Demonstrable strong attention to detail
- Experience of restaurant/bar/service/F&B (front of house or back of house), or a supporting role in the hospitality industry would be beneficial
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with different level of stakeholders throughout the business.
