Location: Dunstable Hybrid working, 3 days in the office
Salary £32,000 -£39,000 plus bonus
Reporting to the Head of Operational risk and Compliance, the Licensing Manager plays a pivotal and indispensable role by owning the complete licensing process and leading the deployment of licensing activities across all PI&R food and beverage venues. Their work ensures that every venue operates legally and without risk of interruption, safeguarding the organisation from potential regulatory penalties, reputational damage, and operational shutdowns.
Supporting business requirements for licensing training and the validation of all candidates. Also supporting the DBS process for our “Play” sites to ensure our legal compliance
What you'll be doing
- Maintaining Licensing conditions and variation reviews including TENs
- Working with external stakeholders such as Solicitors and the Police
- Monitor documentation to ensure that version control is maintained and that cyclical reviews take place in a timely manner.
- Look for areas of process improvement and continually question current process

What you'll need
- Experience using PowerBI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience of Licencing conditions, variations and TENs procedures
- Experience of NSO licensing briefings
- Understanding of licensing fees including gaming and legal fees.
- High attention to detail and determination to get things right
