Nestled on the edge of the historic town of Arundel, our site is a local favourite—known for its warm atmosphere, loyal guests, and a team that feels like family. With a salary of up to £47.5 K, industry-leading induction training, generous discounts and benefits, and the potential to earn up to 50% of your annual salary in bonus, this is your chance to lead something special.

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, our General Managers are the heartbeat of our business. You’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing team, delivering exceptional guest experiences and making the Crossbush Beefeater the go-to dining destination in the area.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead from the front and be responsible for:

  • Recruiting, onboarding, and inducting new team members to build a strong, cohesive unit.
  • Inspiring and developing your team to ensure high engagement and retention.
  • Analysing sales figures and forecasting to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Managing all controllable costs and overseeing the site’s P&L.
  • Supporting the Regional Operations Manager in achieving long-term business goals.
  • Conducting regular one-to-ones to drive individual performance.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Championing our brand values and ensuring your team delivers them with confidence.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
  • Using guest feedback to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
