E-Commerce Content & Merchandising Coordinator
SEO is such an important part of our business. We need to make sure people can find our Premier Inn hotels online.
We’re looking for an E-Commerce Content & Merchandising Coordinator to help us create and manage content across our online channels (such as Premierinn.com, Google, Tripadvisor and Trivago).
You’ll be part of the Content and Merchandising team within our Premier Inn side of the business and will focus predominantly on SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) in order to grow our presence online in search engines.
We are always evolving, and no two days will be the same. You’ll work with a variety of departments across our business, including a close alignment with Digital Marketing Acquisition team to help deliver the SEO strategy.
Having experience in the following areas will be advantageous; working on websites, CMS or working with web analytics tools.
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000

This role can be based out of our Holborn (Central London) office or Dunstable office (Bedfordshire)

Here are some bullet points to show what you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out changes linked to key operational processes such day to day requests, new openings, closures, refurbs, room type changes, ancillaries and T&Cs.
- Work with the rest of the Ecommerce team to monitor effectiveness of content and support customer and commercial objectives. Create briefs for studio team where required. Identify opportunities for improvement in content and content management processes.
- Work with Analytics to measure the effectiveness of changes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Understanding of SEO and how to optimise content for SEO
- Understanding of digital marketing channels
