We’re looking for a Talent Attraction Manager to support with the external attraction of our hourly paid roles across Premier Inn and Restaurants. This role is perfect for someone who has the ability to think outside the box when creating strategies & attractions plans. The successful candidate will also understand the different challenges when hiring across different areas of the UK, therefore able to adapt their strategies accordingly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a team of Talent Attraction Partners to deliver high volume recruitment
- Develop and deliver the local attraction strategy for hourly paid hiring by working closely with our Operational teams and understanding local market knowledge
- Own the National attraction plan
- Ensure the Talent Attraction Partners are set up for success to manage hard to fill vacancies
- Business Partner with Hiring Manager to understand their requirements and challenges
- Escalate any issues to Regional Managers
- Keep on top of local market knowledge
