Salary: £22,500 + up to between 10% - 20% bonus + benefits

Employment Type: Permanent / Full Time (with one day working from home once established in role)

Another exciting opportunity to join the Sales & Distribution Team as a Group Sales Executive. You will play a pivotal part in supporting our business and leisure customers to make group bookings at Premier Inn, thereby ensuring the delivery of quality revenue for the business. You will manage the end-to-end process of the booking, whilst keeping consistent communication with the relevant stakeholders. Providing a seamless transition of the booking over to the operational teams.

You will be responsible for making a sale at the right price, to the right customer at the right time every day, ensuring we are optimising performance on a day-by-day basis.

Who we are looking for:

A calm, collective, resilient, and organised individual, who is self-driven with a passion for delivering great customer service and sales. Someone who is excited by working towards targets and tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with handling high volumes of emails daily.

Competent in using Microsoft packages, you will also have exceptional attention to detail, be an effective communicator coupled with great influencing skills and not afraid of challenge. You make light work of any targets given to you and motivated by continuously hitting your KPIs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will also be responsible for the successful management and resolution of day-to-day issues and enquiries from travel managers, bookers, and other stakeholders.
  • As the focal point of contact for day-to-day operational queries you will also feedback to the team, and ultimately the customer, on specific issues, risks or opportunities which may not necessarily be recognised, or prominent – with the aim of improving both the customer experience and helping to identify additional opportunities to deliver quality revenue for Premier Inn.
  • You will be expected to deliver successfully on all customer and internal SLA's & KPI's, to increase revenue and to deliver against and exceed relevant targets.

You will work closely with our Commercial Teams to drive the right business into our sites, matching the needs of the customer against the needs of Premier Inn – ensuring we deliver only quality revenue.
