We are hiring for a Talent Development Advisor, which is a newly created role to provide support to the Talent team in two key areas:
Coordinating the Early Careers Programme and Internships, and providing analytical and data support to help key talent decision making.
This is a real opportunity to get great exposure across a variety of areas including Early Careers Programmes, Performance Management and Talent. The role will suit someone with a desire to learn and has ambition to progress within our HR function.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the coordination of our Early Careers programmes for both delegates and stakeholders
- Scope, design and manage delivery of Talent, Performance Management and Early Careers reporting
- Produce presentations of Talent and Early Careers data and information
- Provide analytical data support and insight for the Talent team and HR Business Partners in Operations and the Support Centre
Key project work:
Early Careers Programmes
- Lead the co-ordination of Early Career activities ensuring delegates are kept informed of all activities
- Work with the relevant functional HR teams to plan, track and co-ordinate the intern and early careers programmes
- Provide administration for the Intern and Early Careers programme
Talent Cycle
- Manage the data for the annual talent cycle producing spreadsheets to collate performance data
- Provide insight and recommendations on Talent data and support the team in decision making. (This could include modelling, scenario planning and benchmarking)
- Create PowerPoint presentation templates for the annual and bi-annual Talent papers
Performance Management Process
- Work with the data and insight teams to produce spreadsheets for the HR Business Partners to use across Operations and the Support Centre
- Collate and analyse senior leader performance data to support Reward decision making
- System management and reporting of senior leader performance data
What you’ll need:
- Project Management skills
- Ability to coordinate activity across a number of departments and work with a variety of stakeholders
- Exceptional analytical and numerical skills (HR Analytics, Excel)
- Exceptional PowerPoint skills
- Experience working with large-scale data
- Strong reporting skills
- Ability to interpret data and provide insight to stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate activity across a number of departments
