Compliance Manager

Role Purpose

Develop a compliance culture across the aligned division to ensure all Operational sites are safe, secure and consistently deliver outstanding experiences for our site teams and guests. You will provide performance review and reporting of compliance requirements across the division and ensure associated action plans at divisional, regional and site level are in place and delivered.



Key Accountabilities

  • Improve compliance outcomes across all stakeholders.
  • Periodically conduct site audits on company procedures, policies and processes to ensure execution of compliance standards.
  • Provide improved insight on site culture and management capability through the Ops line.
  • Have processes in place to deal with violations of legal rules and internal policies.
  • Provide a structured approach to the systemic removal of poor compliance and associated rework.
  • Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.
  • Work collaboratively with support functions to improve and deliver on change and compliance.
