We’re looking for a People Systems Programme Manager to join the team on an 18month FTC. This role is responsible for leading the People Programme Systems Analysts and helping create the people system performance standards.
What you’ll be doing:
• Leading the People Programme System Analysts by providing People System leadership and management
• Managing a team of 4
• Understanding and creating People System requirements setup and configuration to ensure that it is aligned to Whitbread business requirements
• Leading the People System security framework and maintenance to set up required security groups in line with organisation and position changes
• Understanding business requirements and building new reports and dashboards
• Validating with the Head of Insight and Engagement
• Leading master data management framework
• Setting up HR hierarchy/org structure and process of future changes
• Creating the process to manage People System change across the organisation
• Managing major releases in collaboration with supplier
• Partnering with key stakeholders and third parties for relevant topics such as:
o Technical Incident Management
o Co-ordination with supplier on core product defects
o Integrations Monitoring and Error Resolution
o Support for Process Cycles and Critical Periods
o Mass Data Loads o New functionalities / enhancements or integrations
o Major Release Management (including regression testing) o Major Security/Access design changes
o Manage the need for 3rd Party Advisory Services
What you’ll need:
• Deep understanding of core HR systems
• Knowledge of HR specialisms, functional areas, policies, legislation and payroll policies
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to seek out improvement areas
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Advanced knowledge of tenant management and security set up
