Role: Content Producer

Function: Commercial Marketing

Location: Dunstable - we have a fantastic hybrid working environment, you’ll need to be in the office at least 2 days per week but the rest of your week can be flexible to what works best for you and your role.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Content Producer to join the Commercial Marketing Team. As part of the Ecommerce team the Content Producer is responsible for the day-to-day management and development of content across Restaurant websites, Google my business listings and apps (when available). Working closely with the Digital, IT, Brand, Product, Commercial, Operations and Agencies, other stakeholders around the business and suppliers our content producers lead the charge in maximizing the effectiveness of our content.

What you will be doing:

  • Daily management of content
  • Optimising content through clear understanding of our commercial and customer objectives
  • Very good understanding of AEM and      how it integrates with other digital systems (Adobe & non-Adobe
  • Work with the rest of the Digital Team to monitor effectiveness of content and support customer and commercial objectives
  • Timely and accurate content production to support goals
  • High quality, commercially value adding content which increases our SEO value and provides the audience with timely relevant content which improves the customer experience

What you’ll need:

  • Highly motivated/high performing individual with marketing or project management background and commercially astute
  • Thorough understanding of the CMS capabilities and some knowledge of brand management
  • Strong communication and planning skills
  • Able to create detailed creative briefs and technical requirements
  • Ability to work well with all kinds of individuals and teams, with the strength of character to survive big personalities and speed of a fast-moving ops driven brand
  • Disciplined individual who has a flexible modus operandi – proactive and responsive to adapting to changing trading patterns
  • Excellent attention to detail  
  • Personal integrity, in line with Restaurant brand values
  • Agency liaison and management skills Strong creative judgement
  • Customer centric, energetic, commercial and dynamic self-starter
  • Collaborative, comfortable working cross functionally  
  • Driven to learn and develop, curious at all times
