Within Whitbread sits the Property and Estates team on. We Manage and develop the core Repairs & Maintenance systems, platforms and processes to support all R&M operations.

We are looking for a Maintenance Analyst to support R&M reporting, analytics and process improvement.

You will Support Finance, Procurement and other central functions with R&M budgeting, spend, contract and workflow management.

About the role:

  • Support the wider R&M team with ad-hoc reporting to assess activities & trials success and likely effect of whole estate implementation.
  • Liaise with R&M Finance team to deliver reporting improvements & to provide context for financial reporting as required.
  • Conduct on-going review of delivery of compliance work throughout the estate, to ensure the ability to demonstrate compliance is supported by current business & system processes.
  • Escalate any gaps identified to and support solution generation to close any gaps.
  • Review & manage processes to ensure asset information is captured and maintained in accurate format
  • Support Field team members and others responsible for contractual management, with relevant analysis of contractor performance.
  • Support the creation of annual budget figures, using knowledge of asset lifecycles, total asset base, current opportunities being generated and requirement for reinvestment.
  • Review budget control processes and offer support to those charged with budget management as required.
  • Own the request for change environment for system change, collating & understanding feedback from all business areas
  • Providing evidence based proposals for investment and changes to maintenance strategy with supporting busine using data

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in data analysis
  • Working under pressure in a fast moving, multi site environment
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Effective communicator across all levels and all departments within a Support Centre, Operations and third party suppliers.
  • Task priority & time management with the ability to effectively prioritise multiple R&M requests and deliver appropriate solutions
  • Confidence to adopt and trial new processes and procedures to support the overall strategy
  • Demonstrable ability to effectively analyse data and trends
  • Understanding of financial environments, including budgeting, modelling & reporting
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
