As our Internal Communications Executive, you’ll be the linchpin within our fast-paced and high-profile team. Working alongside other members of the teams, you’ll plan, track, coordinate and measure activities, while providing hands-on communication support and leading independent projects.
You’ll engage with all levels of the organisations, across functions and geographies. You’ll be a highly driven people-person with excellent organisational skills, a great way with words both verbally and written, and painstaking attention to detail. You stay calm under pressure, work well to deadlines, and can effectively juggle priorities with an ability to grasp information quickly and a thirst to learn.
What you’ll need:
- Connect with internal stakeholders to flesh out a robust and engaging content and activity calendar to proactively plan communications aligned to our core narrative.
- Align content with our channels matrix to ensure the right content reaches the right audiences in the right way at the right time.
- Track and manage the delivery of communications against the calendar.
- Research and develop content for use across multiple channels, including interviews with stakeholders and subject matter experts, and involving getting out and about to our sites.
- Consistently reinforce our core narrative and tone of voice, with a heavy dose of creativity and storytelling to bring the content life.
- Closely monitor team member social channels daily.
- Escalate issues in a timely manner to relevant key stakeholders and moderate posts where required.
- Utilise insights from discussion threads to shape ongoing communications.
- Create a dashboard to capture key metrics from across our channels and feedback from relevant forums.

- Communication or Marketing role.
- Working in a large dynamic environment with disparate and diverse audiences.
- Partnering with third party suppliers
- High quality written skills, with the ability to proof and edit ensuring close attention to detail and accuracy.
- A good sense of what makes compelling news, information, and stories with a heavy dose of creativity to bring them to life.
- Top-notch organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Adept at managing changing priorities and timelines.
