The Talent & Capability team are a vital part of this, by supporting our team with the best learning experiences and ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to develop their career, wherever it might lead.  This newly created role will act as the conduit between Talent and Management Capability to identify the management development requirements that will support our continued growth and success.  You’ll be developing and implementing management development programmes across our hotels, restaurants and Support Centre.

Inside the role:

• Design and implement leadership and management skills and behaviours as part of a structured framework to optimise management performance, balancing training intervention and self development.
• Working closely with the Talent team to utilise the talent cycle and succession plan to support the delivery of management development activity.
• Increase capability of Line Managers and HRBPs to support the ongoing development of their teams.
• Using data and insight to lead decision making around ongoing development of learning interventions, working closely with functional leaders and HRBPs to ensure learning activity is effectively positioned and completed.
• Ensure that your personal knowledge bank is continually updated so that our management development is best in class and aligned to the long term business model.

Open to You: 

• You are both passionate and knowledgeable about learning and development, with a sound knowledge of L&D models, techniques, and practise.
• Have proven experience in the effective design and implementation of management development and capability programmes.
• Can work in a matrix style to build effective relationships across the business to ensure that development is delivered continually throughout the employee journey.
• Have a curiosity about talent and a desire to ensure that all our development is supporting the management team to become high performing.
