Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, our General Managers play a pivotal part in the success of the business.  We are recruiting General Managers across South West London/ Surrey site locations.

Inside the Role

As General Manager you’re the person who drives our restaurant performance through constantly delivering amazing results and maximising profit opportunities.  A resilient individual who is adaptable to change you’re not afraid to make the tough decisions.  Working with your regional colleagues you’ll share best practice and continually look for opportunities to drive your business further both long term and day to day through analysing sales figures and managing all controllable costs and Site P&L.

Putting the customer first in everything you do, you’re a role model who is passionate about exceeding our customers’ needs and expectations to ensure a perfect shift is delivered every time.   A leader and a motivator you recognise and reward great talent, recruiting  the best talent, lead your team through coaching and developing them to be the best they can while creating a culture of high performance through making it a great place to work.   

 

What we’d like from you

We want you to be the best and so we will give you the tools to manage your labour and cost margins. It’s then up to you to show what you’ve got when it comes to driving sales and revenue and proactively using guest feedback to maximise opportunities.

To deliver what we’re looking for, you’ll already have experience in leadership  in the restaurant, casual dining or fast –paced restaurant  with a proven expertise of delivering great results and  sound business acumen who is ready to take your skills to the next level.
