As a Construction Data Risk Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for identifying and managing technical risks across a portfolio of more than 85,000 bedrooms. From uncovering documentation gaps to leading re-surveys and site investigations, your work will directly protect our properties, our people, and our brand. It’s a chance to dig deep into data and drive smarter, safer decisions at scale.

What you’ll do:
- You will set the standards for our build quality, control access to accurate and comprehensive technical records of property assets, including building information, component details and maintenance history.
- Hold regular reviews with external project managers, refurbishment and maintenance teams setting clear targets for information delivery to ensure that we are compliant with relevant legislation, regulations, policies and industry best practice.
- Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits to assess and improve standards and identify opportunities for processes or systems to be improved.
- Design, develop and curate a filing system to oversee the management of digital and/or paper-based records and standardise information sources throughout the business.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (development, estates and procurement) and external stakeholders (developers and contractors)
What we need:
- Previous experience gained within construction, architectural, maintenance with expert knowledge of construction contracts JCT and NEC.
- You may be a member of the Archives and Records Association (ARA) but will have experience gained within a records management environment or awareness of information management principles with information systems and archives.
- Have excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to engage and influence across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- You are naturally a self-motivated individual; a problem solver who is keen a make a difference but also has the ability challenge and question making objective recommendations.
