Accounts Receivable Administrator (German-speaking)
Based out of Whitbread Court, Dunstable
Up to £26,000 DOE plus excellent benefits including up to 10% annual bonus
As part of a fast-paced and dynamic Finance Shared Services team, this new German-speaking role will support with raising invoices/Credit Notes, allocating payments and making necessary adjustments and write off’s for our growing Germany estate
What you will be doing:-
This interesting AR Administrator position is accountable for creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers by all necessary means, and updating customer files. Using your fluent German (written and verbal), we’ll trust you to ensure timely production of all invoices and credit notes as well as the application of all cash payments accurately.
As a skilled communicator, you’ll swiftly handle any customer queries or invoice disputes professionally and logically.
Confident to work within a financial control framework, you’ll ensure all processes and controls are adhered to, monitored and evidenced. Updating and reviewing the credit policy as necessary.

Fluent German Language is essential for this role in order to effectively partner our German team, and our German suppliers
Previous experience with an Accounts Receivable team would be highly advantageous, as would previous exposure to Oracle-ERP - however if you are a confident Excel user, naturally numerate and driven to learn, we can develop your skills so that you become a competent AR expert.
Confidence and excellent communication skills will ensure you can effectively interact with leadership, key stakeholders, employees and vendors in a professional manner.
Strong Excel skills combined with a drive to learn new IS systems will help you to hit the ground running in this intrinsic role
