Here at Whitbread, we are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist who will be responsible for Whitbread’s Oracle enterprise platforms, owning the end‑to‑end design, engineering, optimisation, and support of Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and underlying Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services.
Working closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Technology & Data teams as well as Oracle and other service partners, the Technical Specialist oversees the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Whitbread’s Oracle ecosystem.

What you’ll be doing:
As the Technical Specialist, you will ensure that Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and wider operational processes run securely, reliably, and efficiently—while reducing total cost of ownership and maximising business value from every Oracle release.
Alongside the above, you will own and evolve the target architecture for Oracle Fusion, OIC, and OCI components as well as design, build, test, and deploy technical solutions including Fusion configurations, extensions, PL/SQL objects, OTBI/BIP reports, and OIC integrations.
What you’ll need:
- Showcase deep tech experience of oracle fusion stack
- Strong OIC, integration and design/build experience
- Experience with OCI services (ATP, Networking, Streaming)
- Expert SQL/PLSQL development and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience in implementing, configuring and operating finance platform technologies in multi-brand, multi-country environments.
