We’re looking for a talented Senior Designer to join our Brand & Marketing team and help shape the creative direction of one of the UK’s most recognisable hospitality brands.
you will be responsible for delivering multi-channel design solutions, in line with the Premier Inn brand guidelines, for Marketing briefs across the Commercial function including Brand Marketing, Ecommerce, Product & Propositions, External Comms, and CRM.
This role will deliver a proportion of the design briefs hands-on. This role will also actively coach and line manage two designers.
What you’ll be doing
Deliver multi‑channel design solutions that bring our brand to life across Digital, Print and Broadcast
Contribute to customer‑journey mapping to understand context and shape design solutions, and use performance data to review and optimise creative.
Collaborate with UX and Digital Product teams to ensure consistent use of our design system and contribute to its ongoing evolution.
Produce creative across a wide range of formats including animation, illustration, photography, graphic design and UI.
Work closely with copywriters, brand managers and F&B teams to deliver integrated, insight‑driven campaigns.
Stay ahead of industry trends, review competitor creative, and apply UX and research‑led design practices.
Present creative solutions to stakeholders, including senior leaders, and ensure all work follows established workflows and approval processes.

What you’ll bring
Working in a design team that had a clear workflow and associated workflow planning tools and technologies such as Monday.com or Jira.
Experience contributing and feeding back on Brand guidelines and Photography
Knowledge and experience of design research, concepting, storyboarding and visualisation.
Advanced hands-on skills in illustration, animation and motion graphics.
Hands on UI skills designing web and app experiences.
Experience running pre and post research for marketing and design assets.
