If you’re energised by turning complex data into meaningful insight and enjoy working closely with teams across a large, fast‑moving organisation, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge and impact. As our R&M Finance Analyst (Projects), you’ll play a key part in supporting Repairs & Maintenance activity across a vast estate of around 800 hotels and 300 restaurants. You’ll become a trusted partner to both operational and finance teams, helping them understand the drivers behind R&M performance and guiding smarter, more informed decision‑making. From building confidence in R&M processes to ensuring budgets are well‑managed and aligned to business priorities, this is a role where your influence will be felt across the organisation.
What you'll do
You’ll communicate key cost and operational metrics clearly, presenting insight that drives action and performance improvements.
You’ll produce accurate weekly and monthly R&M finance reports for Property and Operations teams, while also driving improvements in performance reporting and developing new analysis where needed.
You’ll take ownership of R&M capital reporting, ensuring accurate reconciliation with Fixed Assets and FP&A, preparing outturn reporting, and tracking risks and opportunities throughout the year so stakeholders stay informed.
You’ll support the Finance Manager with capital post‑completion reviews and help develop new asset‑tracking tools to evaluate repair‑versus‑replace decisions, ensuring future R&M investment is optimised.
You’ll also own the R&M month‑end process, providing clear commentary on performance, particularly for R&M projects.
