Function: Performance Marketing
Are you a technically minded digital marketeer who loves diving into data, optimising performance, and driving tangible results? If you’re energised by analytics, enjoy problem‑solving, and thrive in a collaborative environment—this role is your next big move.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Metasearch and OTA Executive to supercharge our presence across key digital platforms. You’ll work directly with Google, Microsoft, and leading Online Travel Agents such as Booking.com and Expedia, helping to boost rankings, maximise visibility, and drive high‑intent traffic.
In this hands‑on, analytical role, you’ll onboard new partners, fine‑tune performance, adjust bid strategies, analyse ranking shifts, and ensure pricing and availability feeds run seamlessly. You’ll also investigate what isn’t working, spot opportunities for improvement, and work closely with partners and internal teams to deliver best‑in‑class execution.
This role suits someone who is numerate, analytical, technically savvy, and confident managing relationships across a range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient metasearch and OTA campaigns to meet ROI and occupancy targets.
- Optimise bids, rankings, and channel tactics across platforms including Google and Microsoft.
- Manage partner onboarding and ensure pricing and availability feeds are accurate and effective.
- Monitor performance, identify under‑performing areas, and recommend corrective actions.
- Produce meaningful insights through dashboards, reporting, and forecasting.
- Track and optimise spend across a multi‑million‑pound budget.
- Build strong working relationships with OTAs and technology partners.
- Support tagging, data quality, and troubleshooting across digital touchpoints.
- Drive improvements through testing, automation, and analytical excellence.
What We’re Looking For
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of feed management, troubleshooting, and platform mechanics.
- Familiarity with marketing measurement frameworks and attribution models.
Skills
- Highly analytical and numerate, with excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced data visualisation skills (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau etc).
- A confident communicator who can manage partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Brilliant time management and organisation in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience
- Background in digital marketing, technical marketing, or analytical roles.
- Experience working with performance‑driven channels is ideal.
Why Join Us?
