Here at Whitbread, we are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst for our corporate technology team to work closely with the Portfolio Manager to ensure the backbone of the PMO Office is driven forward whilst all standards are maintained.
This is a unique opportunity to provide leadership and support for Delivery Portfolios across Whitbread Technology, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed.
Role: PMO Analyst
Salary: £44,000
Contract Type: FTC till end of November 2026, Permanent
Location: Whitbread Court, Dunstable (Hybrid working model of 3 days per week in office)

What you’ll be doing:
As a PMO Analyst, you will help develop the PMO processes, governance, standards, and best practices across Whitbread Technology, working closely with other teams within technology. Alongside this, you will manage financial budgeting processes across projects.
You will also help develop reporting to provide insights which support decision making, facilitate project prioritisation, funding allocations and resource allocation processes as well as foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the technology.
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience managing full life cycles of projects
- Experience in both Waterfall and Agile environments
- Ability to support multiple projects, manage own work activities, meet deadlines in a timely and effective manner
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of reporting standards, dashboard production & production of governance meeting packs
