As General Manager, you’ll:
- Recruit, inspire, and develop a high-performing team
- Drive sales and maximise revenue opportunities
- Manage costs and oversee the site’s P&L
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences every time
- Champion brand standards and maintain top health & safety
You’re a natural leader with experience in high-volume, guest-facing roles—ideally branded. Commercially savvy, people-focused, and passionate about hospitality, you’re ready to take ownership and make Mill House the go-to destination in Redhill.
