As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our vibrant, high-energy restaurant. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll lead from the front, inspire your team, and deliver exceptional service that keeps guests coming back.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with the General Manager to recruit, onboard and develop top talent.
- Leading with confidence and clarity—motivating your team through daily briefs and hands-on support.
- Coaching individuals to reach their full potential through regular one-to-ones and performance feedback.
- Keeping standards sky-high in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Championing the Bar + Block brand, making sure your team shares your passion and knowledge.
You’ll have the tools to manage labour and cost margins effectively, and the autonomy to drive sales and revenue. Guest feedback will be your secret weapon—turning insights into opportunities and wins.
