We’re looking for a People Systems Programme Analyst to join the team on an 18month FTC. This role is responsible for supporting the People Programme Systems Analysts and helping create the people system performance standards.
What you’ll be doing:
• Understanding People System requirements setup and configuration to ensure that it is aligned to Whitbread business requirements
• Contributing to security set up and maintenance
• Understanding business requirements and building new reports and dashboards
• Understanding the requirements for master data management and creating new forms in the people system
• Setting up HR hierarchy/org structure and process of future changes
• Creating the process to manage People System change across the organisation
• Partnering with key stakeholders and third parties for relevant topics such as:
o Alignment on product defects
o New functionalities / enhancements
o Major Release Management (including regression testing)
o Manage the need for 3rd Party Advisory Services
What you’ll need:
• Understanding of core HR systems
• Knowledge of HR functional areas, policy and legislation
• Flexible and adaptable outlook
• Ability to seek out opportunities for improvement
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Good system skills – troubleshooting, analysis, configurations
• Knowledge of tenant management and security set up
